Stephanie works with the award winning team at Ray White Epsom. This franchise has now expanded to include Newmarket and Parnell. Having considerable experience working in Parnell and Newmarket when working with Kellands and in Remuera and the Eastern Bays at Ray White Remuera, this move will allow her to expand upon this and extend across Epsom as well. Stephanie’s considerable experience has been built up over 13 years. She sold Commercial with Bayleys in Hamilton before joining her sisters at Kellands in 2001. From here she joined CBRE as Director Residential Projects expanding upon her experience within the corporate environment.
Stephanie has been very successful selling residential property, cutting her teeth on Parnell townhouses then moving on to high end residential properties in the Eastern Suburbs, Parnell and Remuera in particular. She has also worked with developments, White Heron, 98 Remuera Rd, Stamford to name a few. Here she not only helped with the designs, layouts and specifications she sold many of the apartments off the plans. One of these was at the time the one off the biggest off the plan sales in Auckland. Stephanie has gone from rookie of the year at Kellands to being the No 1 agent in the World for Ray White in March 2010. She attained Premier status quickly within Ray White with her sales included several very high end properties in both Remuera and Eastern Bays.
Stephanie’s background is as a Local Body Civil Engineer over a period of 30 years, and this combined with her now very extensive Real Estate experience from Commercial, Residential and Project Marketing allows her to give her clients “added value” to any property sale or development. Her looking “out of the box” approach to Real Estate and her determination to achieve where others may give up has her highly regarded in the industry.
